About
About OpEx Agent
OpEx Agent audits the unglamorous operating costs of a physical business: packaging, pallets, freight and waste hauling. It reads invoices and contracts and returns a written list of findings, each with its evidence. It is in early access: the first audits are run by hand while the agent is built.
Why these four costs?
At manufacturers, distribution centers, food and beverage plants and 3PLs, these lines often run to large sums a year, and nobody owns them end to end. They sit between purchasing, shipping, facilities and accounts payable. They are paid on recurring invoices with many small lines, and their contracts are rarely reread. They also affect each other, which is why they are audited together.
What makes the approach different?
- Method in the open. What each audit checks is written on the category pages.
- No invented numbers. Benchmarks only when a public source exists; otherwise the tools ask you.
- Look before you talk. The invoice check, estimator and renewal clock are free with no sign-up.
- Evidence on every finding. See the sample report.
Who is behind it?
OpEx Agent is a sibling of Repackify, a packaging supply and recycling business. Audit requests are passed to Repackify, which can quote on some packaging and pallet findings. That relationship is disclosed on fees and conflicts, in the footer of every page and in every report.
What OpEx Agent is not
Not a law firm, not an accountant, not a broker that switches vendors for you, and not a payment platform. The site’s tools give planning figures and questions, not legal or financial advice.
