What the audit reviews

Waste hauling: fees, rent, increases, pickups vs fill, extras, the renewal clause.
Freight: fuel against the table, accessorials, reweighs, dimensional weight, discounts.
Packaging: unit prices against specs, sizes against what ships, film use, price clauses.
Pallets: new vs recycled, heat treatment, pallets lost to the trash, buy-back.

What you’ll be asked for later

Three to twelve months of invoices per category and the current contracts, as PDFs or exports. Don’t attach anything here: the site doesn’t accept uploads yet.

What you get back

A written findings report: each finding with the invoice line or clause behind it, a confidence and an action. See the sample report.
