Privacy

This site collects personal information only when you submit the audit request or the contact form. It uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookies of its own.

What is collected

• What you type in a form: name, work email, company, ZIP code, and anything optional you add (phone, street address, spend bands, categories, notes, attached estimator inputs).
• Technical details sent with a form: your IP address and browser name, the page you submitted from, and, if present, campaign tags and the referring page from your first visit in that browser tab.
• Text consent: if you tick the text box, that you agreed and the exact wording shown.

Why

To reply to you, scope and carry out an audit you ask for, and to understand which pages and campaigns bring requests. Not to sell your information.

Who receives it

Form submissions go to 1DB, the lead database that routes requests, and then to Repackify, a sibling packaging supply and recycling business that handles requests for OpEx Agent. Cloudflare hosts the site. Each processes the information to provide its part of the service.

Texts

You will only be texted about your request if you tick the text box and give a phone number. Reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

The free tools

With JavaScript on, the estimator, invoice check and renewal clock run in your browser and send nothing. With JavaScript off, inputs are sent to the site’s server once to compute the answer and are not stored. See what we keep.

Your choices

Email info@opexagent.com to ask what information about you is held, to correct it, or to have it deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
