You may use this site and its free tools to plan and to prepare questions for your vendors. They give planning figures and questions, not advice, results or quotes.
The tools
- The estimator produces planning ranges from the numbers you enter and the published rules it names. It is not a quote or a promise of savings.
- The invoice check flags lines that may deserve a question. A flag does not mean a charge is wrong, and the check does not calculate refunds.
- The renewal clock does date arithmetic from what you enter. It is not legal advice. Your contract’s wording decides how notice works.
Content
Guides, comparisons and the glossary are general information, written carefully and dated. Laws, carrier rules and other firms’ terms change; check the linked sources and your own contracts before acting. Descriptions of other companies come from their own published materials.
Audits
An audit is agreed separately, in writing, in reply to a request. These terms don’t create an engagement.
No warranty
The site and tools are provided as they are, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, OpEx Agent is not liable for decisions made from them.
