Invoice red-flag check

Paste the lines from one waste-hauling or freight invoice. The check flags lines that deserve a question (fee percentages, container rent, fuel surcharges, accessorials, reweighs, duplicates) and writes the question to ask your vendor. It never tells you a refund amount: a flag is a question, not a finding.

Invoice type
One charge per line, amount at the end, like Container rental (2) - $90.00. Please leave out account numbers and addresses.

Why no refund amount?

Because the invoice alone can’t prove one. Whether a fee is allowed depends on your contract; whether a liftgate was needed depends on your dock. The check finds the lines worth asking about. An audit reads the contract and evidence behind them.
